Submission Guidelines
1. Applicants must reside in Thailand, regardless of age, nationality, or domicile.

2. To apply, applicants must complete the online application form, providing their name and surname in both Thai and English, address, and other required details clearly and accurately. Additionally, they must upload a copy of their citizen ID card along with a photo of the artwork between May 8th and May 14th, 2024. The photo must be in JPEG or PNG format, with a file size not smaller than 1 MB and not larger than 3 MB. Subsequently, applicants must submit the actual artwork at any of the four designated receiving points between May 16th and May 17th, 2024.

3. Each participant may submit up to two pieces of artwork. Only 2D artwork on canvas will be accepted. The dimensions of the artwork, excluding the frame, must not exceed 150*200 cm, with a thickness from the surface or the canvas not exceeding 5 cm, and a maximum weight of 25 kg. Any painting style, including acrylic painting, oil painting, or mixed media, is welcome. However, animated media, installation art, and sculpture are not eligible for the contest.

4. If the artwork is submitted via post or a delivery company, it must arrive at the designated receiving points by May 17th, 2024. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the disqualification of the artwork from the contest.

5. The participating artwork must be original, never having received an award or been exhibited elsewhere before. It must also adhere to good morals and ethics. Artwork that has previously been submitted to the Asia Plus Art Contest is not eligible for resubmission.

6. Upon submission of the artwork to Asia Plus Group Holdings Public Company Limited, the applicant relinquishes any right to demand compensation from the Company in the event of damage to the artwork.

7. The winning artwork pieces will become the property of Asia Plus Group Holdings Public Company Limited. The Company reserves the right to publish the artwork in any printed documents and information media, and holds the copyright to reproduce the work for future publication.

8. The decisions of the judging committees are final and cannot be appealed.

2. For other regions, entrants can contact their regional representatives that they submitted entries to collect their artwork.

Participants must request the return of their artwork by the end of December 2024 Failure to do so will be construed as an agreement for the Company to retain rights to the artwork and take further action as deemed appropriate.
